The Great Himalayan Yatra offers various trekking packages in Nepal, and we cover treks nationwide. Depending upon your time, logistical requirements, and the type of trek you intend to do, you can choose from any of our packages.

The Great Himalayan Yatra adopts stringent safety measures for each trekker. Our leading trek guides are highly qualified, have undergone extensive First Aid training, and they’ll be on the lookout for you during the trek. The trek guide team also carries First Aid kits, medications, oximeters, oxygen cylinders, rescue equipment, etc. In emergencies, they will quickly assess the situation and decide whether to evacuate you immediately or arrange to take you to a lower level.

The trekking itineraries have in-built acclimatization processes so that you can acclimate during the rest days. The lead guides are highly trained and will monitor you to gain acclimatization gradually. Please read the link for further information

Your travel insurance is mandatory, as you need to be prepared for any risks when trekking to high altitudes. So, ensure it covers emergencies depending on your itinerary. If you need to be evacuated, your travel insurance must have provision for a chartered helicopter. Accordingly, we will make arrangements to be in touch with them. If your flight gets canceled or delayed, your insurance must also cover these costs.
